Meet our Children's Librarian, Andrew!

Andrew graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansvillein December, 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in English with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. Due to his time at USI, southern Indiana is one of his favorite places to visit when not working. In 2011, Andrew received his Masters in Library and Information Science from IUPUI in 2011and is now a certified librarian by the Indiana State Library.

His favorite book genres are science fiction and fantasy, but he tends to read a bit of realistic fiction as well. Harry Potter is his favorite book series and he knows way too much about Batman. Some of his favorite authors include John Green, JK Rowling, Chris Van Allsburg, and Mo Willems.

Be sure to stop and say hello the next time you are in the Children’s Department.
