Monthly Meetings
Regular board meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. Board meetings are held in the conference room on the mezzanine. The agenda is posted at the library, City Hall, and at the Hornet Park Community Center. Special meetings will be scheduled as needed.
Public comment is part of the Agenda of the meeting and anyone wishing to speak must be prepared to speak at the opening of the meeting and be willing to list their name, address, and nature of their comment. They will be allowed to speak for 3-5 minutes per person or for a total of 20 minutes if there are several speakers.
Any communication with the board from staff or members of the public should be written and addressed to the trustees via the library address of 1102 Main Street, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107. Any mail received will be shared at the next meeting after receipt of the document.
Board members are: William Fennema, Joe Prindle, Harold Day, Kim White, Marsha Dorsey,
Sr. Mary Luke Jones, and Adam Vorderstrasse.
The library closes at 7:00 p.m. so please arrive before that time to attend the meeting.
